Mipa Agricola, through the Ruberto family, has been cultivating olives for generations on their lands in Puglia, specifically in Foggia.
It all began with Grandpa Michele, who, shortly after getting married, had the courage and foresight to purchase the first plots of land, despite the ongoing World War II.
Grandma Amelia’s stories remain vivid to this day: during that time, they alternated between helping evacuees from the city due to the bombings and frequent raids by American soldiers, who would steal food for their troops. It was especially because of these raids, which threatened their family’s survival, that the grandparents developed a growing sense of determination and courage, managing to confront these challenges head-on.
Respect, foresight, generosity, strength and courage have been passed down through generations and are still the core values driving the company’s significant growth today.

Mipa Agricola doesn’t purchase olives; instead, it is a producer of extra virgin olive oil, managing the entire process from cultivation to the production of the oil.
With a strong innovative mindset grounded in traditional values, Mipa Agricola consistently stays ahead of the curve, never compromising on quality for the sake of higher profits.
To ensure its customers receive high-quality, healthy extra virgin olive oil, Mipa Agricola prefers to sell its oil directly, rather than supply large bottling companies that often offer low-quality, sometimes even harmful oils, at prices that are sometimes below production costs—a reality that only true producers fully understand.
Mipa Agricola is one of the companies in the Gruppo MIPA, operating across multiple sectors, including the production of olives and extra virgin olive oil, agricultural services, clean electricity and biomethane production, the supply of products for liquids and sludge, and consulting in all of these areas.
