Accessibility Statement

MIPA AGRICOLA s.s. is committed to making its website “mipaagricola.it” accessible, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – level AA, and in compliance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), in force since 28 June 2025.

Scope of application

Status of compliance

The site is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) standard and with the requirements of Annex A of the Ministerial Decree of 5 July 2005 (WCAG 2.0), due to the limitations listed below. Numerous measures have been implemented to ensure the most inclusive use possible:

• Responsive layout and readable on any device
• Adequate visual contrasts
• Keyboard navigation enabled
• Compatibility with the main screen readers
• Alternative descriptive texts for the main images
• Checks using automatic tools and manual tests
• Implementation of accessibility widgets with various features including: increase text size and change image contrasts

Note: although aiming to satisfy various AAA level criteria, compliance with the AA level is officially declared, in line with current legislation.

Inaccessible content

Some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. In particular:

• Some PDF documents may not be compatible with assistive technologies
• Third-party plugins may not comply with accessibility guidelines
• Some dynamic elements may require further improvements in terms of ARIA semantics such as the initial slider that has automatic behavior

We are constantly working to resolve these critical issues.

Implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA)

The site is designed taking into account the provisions of the European Accessibility Act, in force from 28 June 2025, in particular to ensure:

• Interoperability with assistive technologies
• Simplified use of content, forms, purchase pages, information and digital services
• Accessibility to services also for users with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities

This declaration will be updated based on future technical and regulatory developments.
